Manchester based safety equipment supplier Globus Ltd is to take a 98,000sq ft Manchester warehouse.
They have signed up for the final unit at the 240,000sq ft Trafford Point development at Trafford Park, Manchester.
Developed by Harbert European Real Estate Fund III, Trafford Point is located on Ashburton Road West, close to J10 of the M60 motorway.
Globus have agreed a new 10 year lease at £6.50 per sq ft establishing a new rental tone for the North West region. This follows on from the successful letting of a 141,480 sq ft unit to SIG Trading Ltd.
Trafford Point forms part of the 4.4m sq ft HEREF Trafford Park Portfolio, which includes other successful new build schemes such as North Point on Mosley Road.
Joint letting agents on the scheme are B8 Real Estate and DTRE whilst Globus were represented by RGD Consulting.
