Gazeley applies for planning permission for 373,000sq ft Stoke-on-Trent warehouse

Gazeley has applied for permission to build a 373,000 sq ft warehouse on the former Johnson Matthey site at Stoke-on-Trent.

The site, cleared in 2002, already has permission for 436,000 sq ft of warehousing.

A report submitted to city councillors recommends approval for the logistics scheme.
