Dixons Carphone appoints Lindsay Haselhurst as chief supply chain officer

Dixons Carphone today announces the appointment of Lindsay Haselhurst to the new leadership role of Chief Supply Chain Officer, reporting into Chief Executive Alex Baldock.

Lindsay was previously Global Supply and Logistics Director at international home improvement company Kingfisher plc. She will take up her role, a new position on the Dixons Carphone Executive Committee, on 27 January 2020.

The appointment comes as Dixons Carphone continues to focus on providing an easy end-to-end customer experience to deliver the group’s vision – We Help Everyone Enjoy Amazing Technology.

Lindsay’s arrival is the latest in a series of senior hires from leading consumer businesses; Mark Allsop as Chief Digital Officer, who joined from Merlin Entertainments; Andy Gamble, Chief Information Officer, previously at Dyson; and Paula Coughlan, Chief HR Officer, previously at McDonald’s and PepsiCo.

Lindsay is a recognised leader in international supply chain, logistics and retail with many years’ experience developing strong relationships with suppliers and building customer-centric supply chains internationally. Before her role at Kingfisher, Lindsay was Supply Chain & Operations Director at Screwfix, and previously held a number of senior roles at logistics giant Wincanton.
