DHL is set to pre-let 84,763 sq ft at a 293,460 sq ft speculative Swindon warehouse development.
Joint agents JLL and Whitmarsh Lockhart say a further 22,674 sq ft is under offer at the site close to junction 15 of the M4 motorway.
The 7-unit schemes has eaves heights of 8-12 metres. Developer Canmoor Swindon is also offering design and build opportunities up to 200,000 sq ft on Phase 2.
