Joint venture partners Maple Grove Developments and Trebor Developments have exchanged contracts for the 5.3-acre site in Deeside from Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets. The development has a value of £8m and was sold for an undisclosed amount.
They have submitted a planning application for the site at Drome Road, Zone 1 on Deeside Industrial Estate which includes the development of up to four speculative industrial units, ranging in size from 10,279 sq ft up to 50,000 sq ft.
The development of the site Zone will benefit from funding from the Welsh Government.
