Muse Developments have started work on the scheme close to junction 45 of the M1 motorway, part of the city’s enterprise zone.
The development will see three units, ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 37,000 sq ft. Work on site is expected to complete by June this year.
The Leeds offices of property consultancies Knight Frank and Carter Towler have been appointed as joint letting agents to market the units on behalf of Leeds City Council.
Iain McPhail, partner with Knight Frank’s industrial team in Leeds, commented: “There is a lack of available new stock of this size in the West Yorkshire region, so this scheme is a very timely development. It is perfectly placed to accommodate the pent-up demand from occupiers.”
