Schoeller Allibert has been inventing, developing, designing and manufacturing Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) for 60 years. Today they are the European market leader with operations worldwide.
Their new standard foldable intermediate bulk container (IBC) is designed for international logistics. The Combo Excelsior® was created to meet the latest expectations of the food processing, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
Thanks to its double wall structure, the Combo Excelsior® offers an exceptionally strong and durable performance with a 1500kg unit load and a stack load of 8000kg. Its standard footprint 1200x1000, its 1000L capacity and 3200kg dynamic load ensure an optimized payload in road, railroad and sea container transportation. Reverse logistics is optimized: with a 70% folding ratio, stacks of 7 Combos fit in a standard truck, lowering environmental impact and increasing profitability.
Water, dirt & bug tight, it is also needle proof with a 100% safe, easy-to-clean design. The smooth and sturdy double wall structure ensures compatibility with high speed filling and emptying processes. Its UV and deep frost resistant material is suitable for all harsh industrial environments and can be stored outside for long periods. After its long lifespan it can be fully recycled so further lowering its carbon footprint.
The Combo Excelsior® offers many identification options including areas for self-adhesive labels on all sides and large inserts for customer logos which allows easy identification of the fleet.
Operator friendly and labour saving, the non-sequential folding system and its unique side-walls lock whilst erecting, enabling one operator to handle the entire procedure. An easy connection design to suit most valves on the market has also been included with this model.
The Combo Excelsior® is the latest product in a long line of innovative solutions from the market leader.
