UK delivery and returns service CollectPlus has reached its 100 millionth parcel milestone. The parcel, from retailer Very, was handed in to Simply Food & Drinks in Widnes at 17:28pm on 13th September 2017.
Alongside the 100 millionth parcel milestone, CollectPlus has also announced that it has refreshed its website, focusing on improving the overall user experience with an enhanced design, and new features and functionality. In addition to the new look and feel, the overhaul has made it easier for customers to navigate around the site and access CollectPlus’ various products and services, as well as providing a tailored and personalised experience for registered users.
The parcel tracking page on the CollectPlus website has also received a refresh, making it simpler and faster for users to check on the current status of their parcel, including its estimated delivery date. In addition, CollectPlus will be launching an update to the ‘Help’ section of the website, which will be fully mobile responsive and will provide easy access to the most commonly asked questions, as well as allowing customers to ask specific questions via a search bar.
