Coca-Cola has signed up for a 233,000 sq ft Dagenham warehouse in a deal with landlord Logicor.
Chris Hazlewood, Senior Manager, Property & Facilities at Coca-Cola Enterprises, said: "We are very pleased to have concluded the important leasehold acquisition of this quality building that meets our capacity needs, and have been impressed with the collaborative approach taken by Logicor, allowing completion of the deal in a very limited timeframe."
Savills, DTRE and JLL jointly advised Logicor on the transaction whilst CCE were advised by Strutt and Parker.
Logicor is US investor Blackstone's European logistics platform. Blackstone is said to be pondering an $11bn sale of the business.
