CML celebrates NVQ success

CML celebrates NVQ success

Warehouse and logistics expert, CML announced that it has awarded over 170 CML and agency employees with National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in Warehouse & Storage Level 2, and Logistic Operations Level 2 and 3, as well as qualifications in Functional Skills, Maths and English. On hand to present the individuals with their NVQ or further qualification, CML’s Managers, General Managers and Directors presented all 176 employees with personalised certificates earlier this year.

Completed during 2017, the NVQ and further qualifications are not only a huge achievement for participating individuals, but they also demonstrate CML’s dedication to furthering the skills and training of each employee as Managing Director, Mark Webb, confirms: “We understand how important it is to recognise the hard work and achievements of our staff, so it was a real pleasure to be able to present the 176 employees that have completed NVQ’s with their certificates. The qualifications that they have gained will not only help with the career progression of each employee, but they will enable us to continue providing a wide range of service offerings led by highly qualified individuals. We are all incredibly proud of everyone that worked so hard to achieve these further qualifications, and we look forward to continuing to support our staff in the future.”

The Warehouse & Storage NVQ covers operating equipment, warehouse orders, team leadership, the management of goods, including the dispatching process, and safety at work. While the Logistic Operations NVQ provides training on transport planning and scheduling, as well as vehicle part operations.
