Clipper Logistics has signed up for 615,000 sq ft in Sheffield in a deal with landlord Logicor.
The letting – the largest in the UK so far this year – sees Clipper take space to service its new contract with Boohoo brand PrettyLittleThing.
Steve Parkin, executive chairman of Clipper Logistics, said: “Clipper’s new contract with PrettyLittleThing represents one of the company’s most significant contract wins and is demonstrative of Clipper’s ability to deliver cost-effective solutions for retailers of any scale. We are delighted to have been awarded this contract with one of the fastest-growing online retailers.”
Mike Best, Director, Asset Management, Logicor comments: “There is a severe lack of availability of large warehouses across the UK and Sheffield 615 was extremely well received by the market. We have worked closely with Clipper and its team to provide this solution for their customer and are delighted to have secured this long-term letting with them.”
Logicor was advised by CBRE, Commercial Property Partners (CPP) and DTRE. JLL advised Clipper Logistics.
