Building work is nearing completion on one of Bristol’s largest speculative warehouse schemes.
The 107,000 sq ft unit at Western Approach, is close to the M49 motorway on a site of nearly 7 acres.
The scheme is a joint venture by Richardson and Curtis Hall and is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield and Russell Property Consultants.
Significantly, the premises also benefit from a substantial power supply, capable of delivering up to 2MVA of electricity, together with a gas supply of 600KW, itself capable of being upscaled if required.
Western Approach is home to a number of household names including, Next, Royal Mail, GKN Aerospace, DHL, Lidl, and Amazon. It is one of the main distribution locations in the UK with over 6 million sq ft of development, offering strategic multi-modal connections via road, rail and sea.
