Budweiser Brewing Group talks automation at IMHX 2019

John Tudball, Warehousing Specialist for AB InBev, is set to discuss the company's 80,000 m3 automated warehouse on Friday 27 September at the NEC Birmingham.

Budweiser Brewing Group opened its new automated warehouse with space to store 23 million pints of beer at its largest UK brewery in Magor, South Wales, late last year. The world’s largest brewer plans a global roll-out of the warehouse technology, making Wales the starting point for the technology expected to cut its carbon impact. The new facility was opened by local MP for Newport East, Jessica Morden.

At IMHX next week (24-27 September), join us to discuss and debate the transformation of logistics through technology.

Other speakers include:

Alex Harvey, General Manager for Warehouse Automation and Embedded Systems, Ocado Technologies

Kanwal Kanda, Head of Transportation, HSE

Gavin Williams, UK Supply Chain Managing Director, XPO Logistics/David Hix,

Clare Bottle, Associate Director, Warehousing Coca-Cola European Partners
