A speculative Bristol logistics scheme of up to 1.3m sq ft could be about to launch.
Developers Stoford are understood to be mulling the development at Avonmouth.
Potential pre-let negotiations on part of the scheme are said to be behind a re-think of the scheme’s configuration – which may alter how much is developed speculatively.
The project comes after a year of mighty deals at Avonmouth for Stoford, including the 1.2m sq ft Range warehouse. The deal-making comes ahead of the building of a new motorway junction near Avonmouth, which is sure to make the area an even more attractive location for warehouse/distribution developments.
Stoford joint managing director Dan Gallagher, said: “2016 was a fantastic year for Avonmouth and we are now looking very hard at further speculative development.”
