Henry Boot Developments Limited has won planning permissions for its 100,000 sq ft warehouse and office building at Markham Vale business and distribution park, Derbyshire.
Building work on the speculative development is expected to begin this November, with completion timetabled for March 2015.
The development is part funded by the £14.2m Enterprise Zone grant announced in June.
Markham Vale is a 200 acre business/industrial park located at Junction 29A of the M1 in Chesterfield. The site is a joint venture between Henry Boot Developments and Derbyshire County Council and is one of the UK’s biggest Enterprise Zone developments.
Existing occupiers include Andrew Page, Holdsworth Foods, Ready Egg Products, Gould Alloys and Industrial Ancillaries.
