Big box last mile warehouse enters the market

A 187,000 sq ft warehouse at Enfield is close to junction 25 of the M25. The big box last mile property is within 60 minutes of a £222 billion consumer market.

Landlord Goodman is behind the marketing of the eight-year old unit at Innova Business Park.

The investment builds on Goodman’s growing London presence, following the purchase of a strategic 9.5 acre employment site in Park Royal last February.
