Bibby sells Manchester warehouse

Bibby Distribution has sold a Manchester warehouse for £5m.

Aherne Property Consultants has acquired the 110,000 sq ft warehouse at Stakehill Industrial Park on behalf of Comfy Quilts Limited.

Comfy Quilts is near neighbour of the new unit having been based at the park since 2011. The move means it can expand and consolidate its business.
