Baoli to exhibit reliable forklifts at IMHX

Maxim GB, the exclusive distributor of Baoli in UK, is looking forward to meet the visitors to IMHX in Hall 9 at booth F40.
Dealers and operators of material handling equipment can view the latest KB counterbalanced forklifts as well as warehouse trucks. They demonstrate the benefits of the broad Baoli product range, which offers the correct solution for various user applications.

The international IMHX trade fair takes place this year from 13th to 16th September at Birmingham.

Consistent KB product family of counterbalanced forklifts

Baoli will be exhibiting several models of its new KB product family at IMHX. This product range includes electric as well as diesel and LPG counterbalanced forklifts. The KBG series contains six models of LPG forklifts using just two different footprints. The truck with 2t load capacity stands out due to its compact dimensions, which are the same as of the models for 1.5t and 1.8t. Consequently the KBG20 model is very compact and competitive priced.

The electric forklifts of the KB product family are available at the stand in three- and four-wheel models. The traction and lifting motors of these trucks use AC-technology, which reduces energy and maintenance costs. To adapt the driving to specific situations, the driver can select different performance levels. For safety, the speed of the forklift will be automatically reduced when turning.

The various models of the KB product family share numerous components. Therefore the spare parts can be managed efficiently and technicians understand easily how to maintain the trucks.

Warehouse trucks

Additionally, Baoli will also be exhibiting its warehouse equipment at IHMX. The range contains electric pallet trucks and stackers designed for a variety of applications, ranging from loading and unloading lorries up to intensive logistic operations. They are suitable for load capacities from 1t to 2.5t. Several models feature an optional foldable ride-on platform and protection guards, which allow safe and comfortable operation for long distances.

The electric pallet trucks and stackers are designed for reliable operation and easy maintenance. Most models use the AC drive system and CAN BUS technology, which ensure low-cost maintenance. Proven components from well known suppliers enable authorised technicians to carry out service and maintenance efficiently. For example, the trucks are equipped with Curtis controllers and DE-Tong tiller heads.

“IMHX is an important meeting place for the material handling industry. Therefore we are looking forward to meeting amongst others potential dealers interested in becoming a member of our dealer network,” says Ian Capes, Managing Director of Maxim. The distributor operates a network of 25 dealers and offers defined territories whilst supporting multi-site and national accounts.

"The trade show at Birmingham is a great opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of the new Baoli product range to end-users as well as to dealers“, adds Rory Harvey-Kelly, General Manager of Baoli Material Handling Europe. “Baoli forklifts are distributed exclusively via dealers, who ensure fast and professional service.

"The Baoli development team always has the dealer technicians in mind. For servicing Baoli forklifts a general understanding of material handling equipment is sufficient. In this way the end-users benefit from efficient maintenance.”
