Aluminium building systems business AluK has bought a 350,000 sq ft South Wales warehouse – the largest industrial deal in Wales for a decade.
The former Mabety site at Newhouse Industrial Estate in Chepstow has changed hands in a deal with AluK.
The facility stands on a site of approximately 17 acres and is situated at the entrance to Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate with excellent access to both M48 and M4 motorway and links across into England.
Bilfinger GVA and M4 Property Consultants acted for the vendors Mabey Group.
Mabey, who make bridges, and now concentrating on a site near Lydney, in the Forest of Dean.
AluK is currently based at Celtic Way, Newport.
