Airworld Airlines is to take 84,105 sq ft at the Heathrow Cargo Centre.
The deal is one of the largest airport logistics deals of the last ten years.
Airworld has signed up with landlords SEGRO and Aviva Investors, through their joint venture, Airport Property Partnership.
They will take an 84,105 sq ft airside unit at Building 585 Shoreham Road, providing them with direct access to and from the airport runway. The rent is not disclosed but thought to be around £20 a sq ft.
The Heathrow Cargo Centre forms part of APP’s 6m sq ft Heathrow freight portfolio.
Alan Holland, director of APP and SEGRO's director for Greater London, said: "This latest deal demonstrates the continued demand we are seeing for well located, high quality industrial units that deliver airside and landside access.”
