Barclays has appointed the Manchester office of CBRE to project manage the fit-out of 93,818 sq ft of industrial accommodation on Roundthorn Industrial Estate in South Manchester.
The self-contained 4.4 acre site is located in the heart of the established Roundthorn Industrial Estate which is accessed off Dallimore Road in South Manchester.
Barclays is investing in an extensive refurbishment programme on the two warehouse units of 56,486 sq ft and 37,332 sq ft which will be available to let, either to a single occupier or two separate tenants.
The premises are located within two miles of the A5103 Princess Parkway and Junction 3a of the M56 motorway, providing direct access to Manchester International Airport and the M60 orbital motorway.
Andrew Farrer, Associate Director of Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE Manchester, said: “Following refurbishment, the two industrial units will provide occupiers with an excellent opportunity to lease modern warehouse accommodation in a South Manchester market, where there is limited comparable supply.”
