A 50-acre employment site at Bristol’s Filton Airfield has be granted outline planning permission.
Outline planning permission has today been issued by South Gloucestershire Council for the redevelopment of the former Filton Airfield by the site owner, YTL Developments (UK) Ltd. Alder King advised.
The consent includes the development of up to 2,675 new houses along with a new rail station.
Alder King Planning Consultants submitted the initial outline application on behalf of the original site owners BAE Systems but were retained by YTL upon purchase of the site to submit amendments to the scheme and negotiate with the Council to secure a consent.
