Fulfilment and logistics specialist 3P Logistics (3PL) will create new jobs after concluding lease renewal negotiations on an existing 75,000 sq. ft fulfilment centre.
The premises are located on the popular South Lancs Industrial Estate in Wigan with proximity to the M6 Motorway, Liverpool Port and two major UK airports.
The fulfilment company have said that the decision to commit to a 10-year lease extension is expected to create up to 20 new jobs in the first year alone across various disciplines. The facility will now undergo a period of significant investment including roofing and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.

With future clarity now assured, we will now undergo a period of sustained investment on the site as we align the business to increasing demand for outsourced fulfilment and logistics.
