Plans for the third phase of 32-acre logistics site in Leamington have been given the go-ahead, say property developers Stoford.
The joint development with leading asset manager BlackRock, will see 7 units ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 288,000 sq ft on the Spa Park site.
Work is due to start shortly on the site which was once home to Leamington’s largest employer, Automotive Products.
Dan Gallagher, Stoford joint managing director, said: “Demolition of existing buildings will start in April. This is a significant development that will create much-needed business units of a size that are very much in demand in this area. We are confident that this new scheme will generate huge interest from prospective occupiers based on the positive discussions we have already had. We hope to make announcements on the first occupiers in the not too distant future.”
