A 200,000 sq ft Merseyside warehouse refurbishment is nearing completion as demand for Liverpool logistics space continues to climb.
Threadneedle has instructed international real estate advisor Savills and warehouse specialists B8 Real Estate as joint letting agents at Knowsley 200 unit at the 1,200-acre Knowlsey business park.
The 200,000 sq ft industrial property is being refurbished, with works due to be completed in August 2017. It is located close to Junction 4 of the M57 and the Port of Liverpool, with nearby occupiers including Matalan, QVC, DHL and Ocado.
Jonathan Atherton, industrial director at Savills, comments: “Knowsley 200 is one of very few large warehouses available in the North West and we are already receiving strong level of interest. The area is an established industrial location with excellent transport links, making it ideal for expanding logistics or distribution occupiers.”
