The site for a 200,000 sq ft Walsall industrial and warehouse design-and-built scheme is coming to the market.
Antringham Developments and Brackley Property Developments are offering the 10-acre site at Reedswood Park, near junction 10 of the M6. They could provide one large unit, or several smaller warehouses.
Matt Tilt, director of industrial agency at LSH Birmingham, and an advisor on the scheme, said the development was an excellent opportunity for urban-logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and trade counter businesses that want to relocate or expand.
