A 193,000 sq ft Bournemouth warehouse scheme will be completed by 2020.
Developer Chancerygate backed by Texan investor Hines is developing the 24-unit potential urban logistics scheme on an 8.5 acre site at Ferndown Park.
The largest unit will be 33,000 sq ft and a planning application is due to be submitted this spring.
