XPO Supply Chain has taken a long-term lease on a 645,000 sq ft Tamworth warehouse.
The deal with landlord Logicor at Bonhill Road will see XPO takes a three-bay 595,000 sq ft warehouse. Following the deal, the middle unit will be redeveloped, raising the eaves height and adding an extra 50,000 sq ft of Grade A warehouse space to accommodate XPO’s new business contracts.
Construction work is due to complete in January 2018.
