Alarm and signal business Cooper MEDC has bought a 67,000 sq ft Nottingham warehouse as companies take their chance to buy freeholds.
Nottingham-based Cooper MEDC has bought the warehouse at Sutton-in-Ashfield for £2.9m.
The deal with the Quinn Group was brokered by Innes England and CBRE.
The property comes with a 4,500 sq ft office building and os close to junction 28 of the M1 motorway.
Cash-rich companies are taking advantage of the opportunity to buy property freehold, whilst prices remain relatively low.
