Pharmacy2U Leeds warehouse sold to logistics property investor for £2.8m

A Pharmacy2U warehouse in Leeds has been sold to specialist logistics property investor Pacific Industrial & Logistics (PI&L) for £2.8m.

The 41,500sq ft unit at Victoria Road, Seacroft, Leeds, is let to Pharmacy2U and Komori on lease that espire in 2022 and 2020 respectively.

Last month Pharmacy2U was multiple winner at the Logistics Awards, the logistics and supply chain industry’s Oscars, for its revolutionary pharmaceutical dispensing and warehouse system developed with Logistex.



The new dispensing hub won best ‘New Facility’ as well as ‘Overall Winner’ at The Logistics Awards, which recognises operational excellence and celebrates the very best companies within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
