Hald & Grunewald GmbH has been announced as a new Hyster distribution partner in Germany covering the region of Württemberg. Hald & Grunewald follows Hamburg-based Norgatec to become the second new distributor of Hyster products in Germany.
“Hald & Grunewald has 25 fitters in the Württemberg region and is a strong partner to support us in sales and service in the region," says Ralf Mock (pictured second from the left), managing director of NMHG (EMEA).
"We are expanding our global network of distribution partners with this company and more strategic partners will be added throughout Germany."
Hyster sells its products worldwide exclusively through independent dealers.
Founded in 1965 and based in Herrenberg, near Stuttgart, Hald & Grunewald employs 68 experienced employees, who on average have been in the business for 15 years. Over 30 employees are responsible for the service in Württemberg, covering an area of more than 35,000 sq km.
"Manufactured in Europe, Hyster materials handling equipment is designed to enable easy maintenance access for minimised downtime so, we are now even better equipped to meet the needs of our customers and strengthen customer loyalty,” says Hald & Grunewald managing director, Sabine Marquardt (pictured third from the left).
“With the diverse range of more than 140 Hyster models, as well as a large number of configurations available, we can provide our customers with intelligent and ergonomic solutions.”
In particular, Hald & Grunewald will support larger enterprises and offer them all products from a single source: from warehouse trucks to big trucks. So far, the company serves clients primarily in the metal and engineering industry as well as in the building materials industry and the logistics, wood, paper and beverage industry.
"Our focus will stay on the full-service," says Marquardt. "We are expanding our business. Besides sales, service, financing and European rental service, we will offer special rates, which will include all costs for the truck.”
Hald & Grunewald will additionally focus on the rental business, including the service and supply of spare parts and accessories. "With Hyster as a partner, we can now advise our customers on trucks of all classes. For this we will perform extensive fleet analysis," says Marquardt, explaining that training has already begun.
