Hörmann appoints Jen Alderson to boost commercial set up

Hörmann UK has appointed Jen Alderson to the newly created role of assistant commercial manager. Hörmann created this position to support the commercial department, ensuring that it continues to provide high levels of service despite customer demands.

In her new position, Jen will work alongside commercial manager, Amy Fisher, to lead the day-to-day management of the department and ensure that foundations are in place to support the release of new products. Jen will also be responsible for improving the department’s current processes, as well as building relationships with existing trade partners.

Jen has spent the majority of her career strengthening her skills in planning and customer service, allowing her to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the company and the role.
