DB Symmetry wins planning permission for 3m sq ft next to Magna Park

The government has decided not to call-in a controversial planning application for 3m sq ft of new Golden Triangle warehouse development.
DB Symmetry has won planning permission for 3 million sq ft of floorspace on the site next to Magna Park, Lutterworth.
The Secretary of State has decided not to call in the decision to approve the plans, for a site near Magna Park. The move means Harborough council – who approved the plans in November 2017 – can now grant formal consent.
The permission unlocks the development of logistics buildings in units of up to 18m in height. The site will be accessed off a new roundabout onto the A4303 giving access onto both the A5 and M1 (Junction 20).
